Woorim FMG is actively seeking new applicants around the year.
New applicants are encouraged to search for new job openings and submit applicants through recruitment websites.

Register to Talent Pool

In case the targeted job position is not open, applicants may choose to submit and register one’s resume by downloading the resume template and submit to the email address below.

All resumes will be reviewed upon receipt, and we may start the hiring process by reaching out to the applicant when the respective job position becomes available.
All personal information will stored up to 2 years and will be used only for sake of hiring necessary talents to fill the available job positions.
All personal data will be deleted after 2 years or when the applicant makes a request for deletion.

  • Q. Where can I apply?

  • Q. Are there any academic requirements?

    There are no requirements in general, but certain positions may require high school diploma or college degrees. Please refer to specific job posting to verify such requirements.

  • Q. Is there any set format for application?

    Applicants can either use the application templates provided by the respective recruitment website or freely use one’s own format. However, please make sure to include all necessary information or portfolios as specifically requested in each job posting.

  • Q. Can I apply regardless of meeting the level of experience as specified in the job posting?

    Woorim will aceept and review applicantions from applicants who may fall short or exceed the recommended years of experience as specified in the respective job posting.

  • Q. What are considered most important in the application?

    Document screening allows the company to determine whether or not an applicant meets the needs of the company. In the application, it would be helpful a new graduate to describe one’s efforts in preparing for the respective job position, and it would also be helpful to know the detailed work experience for those seeking to relocate from another job.

  • Q. How does the interview process work?

    In general, interviews are conducted in a face-to-face setting with multiple interviewers for a single candidate. The candidate is expected to participate with an honest attitude as the interviewers try to assess one’s genuine character.

  • Q. Is video conferencing allowed for an interview?

    Woorim’s policy is to hold interviews in face-to-face setting, but video conferencing may be allowed for candidates located overseas or in far proximity to the company.

  • Q. How can I check whether I am accepted?

    Candidates those who pass the document screening and interview are notified either by phone or text message. The company does not send out any notification to those who have not passed the document screening, but the company does notify those who did not pass the interview within days of the interview. Notification may be delayed for internal reasons, but the company should be able to respond promptly when contacted via the email address indicated above.

  • Q. I'd like to know about reason for rejection.

    Decision to either accept or reject an applicant is based on a combination of relative evaluation, therefore the company is unable to provide specific reasons, and no further feedback regarding the interview shall be disclosed in accordance to the internal guideline.
